Important: PayMYannuity.com is a service aggregator platform. Actual patent renewal and filing services are performed by qualified third-party professionals (patent agents/attorneys) empanelled by IPAnnuity Private Limited. By using this platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayMYannuity.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and IPAnnuity Private Limited (CIN: [registered with MCA], registered at 172, Harmony Apartments, Pocket-1, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

PayMYannuity.com provides the following services:

• ✓ Online payment facilitation for patent annuity / renewal fees payable to Indian Patent Office (IPO), USPTO, and IP Australia.
• ✓ Automated patent deadline tracking and reminder notifications.
• ✓ Referral to empanelled patent agents and attorneys for filing services.
• ✓ Patent annuity management dashboard and reporting.

We are an aggregator and technology platform, not a law firm, patent attorney, or patent agent. Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• ▸ Provide accurate, complete, and current patent and payment information.
• ▸ Verify all fee amounts against the official patent office schedules before payment.
• ▸ Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
• ▸ Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Service fees (our platform charges) are non-refundable once a transaction is initiated. Official government patent fees that have already been remitted to the respective patent office cannot be refunded. In case of a technical failure resulting in double-charging, please contact us at support@paymyannuity.com within 24 hours and we will resolve it within 7 working days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPAnnuity Private Limited shall not be liable for: (a) patent lapse due to incorrect fee amounts or patent numbers provided by you; (b) delays caused by third-party patent offices or payment processors; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the platform service fee paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PayMYannuity.com including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of IPAnnuity Private Limited and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
